Brewery Tap - Attractions & Entertainment in Bristol

Tours of the Smiles brewery in Colston Street are hugely popular - last year we showed more than 2,000 ale enthusiasts around our traditional Victorian brewery based in the heart of Bristol. Brewery tours are available Monday-Thursday evenings. We take groups of 6 - 20 in number, with 12 - 15 being ideal. The evening commences at 7.00 p.m. and consists of a guided tour of the brewing/ fermenting/racking areas including a demonstration of raw materials and a brief history of Smiles and its beers. A "Ploughman's" style buffet consisting of French bread, cold meats, cheese, etc. follows, accompanied by generous tastings of Smiles beers from the stillage. Colston Yard Bristol BS1 5BD. website.
